“It was great working with Carlos and his Interos organization. Clearly he and his team have it all together. Carlos was extremely organized and thorough. He made sure I understood the market dynamics, interest, rate impact, as well as potential buyer dynamics. The initial meeting was very professional, followed by a market assessment, a thorough plan to sell my property as well as a view of historical timelines for my type of unit as well as other homes in the area. I had some work that we needed to do to be able to get the house ready for sale. Carlos coordinated with contractors to ensure any needed repairs or improvements were made and completed to not only my satisfaction but his satisfaction. Sidenote Carlos has a good eye for getting Holmes prepared to sell. After completing all the improvements not only did he host the Open House. “I cannot say enough about all of the amazing work Carlos and Denise did to prepare our house for sale. We were moving across the country to be closer to family, and they came in during an extremely emotional time for us, as we balanced packing up our lives and trying to smooth the transition for our two tween daughters. Of all the pieces we were scrambling to make sure fell into place, Carlos and Denise made selling our home the easiest one. They advised us on the best way to stage our home to best show it off to its advantage, and were on-site every day with the contractors to make sure that the work was done the right way. “There's nothing more terrifying than putting your home on the market in a tumultuous and unpredictable market where nothing is guaranteed, buyers have the upper hand, and contractors who do a great job for a fair price are few and far inbetween. Fortunately for us, Carlos, who came very highly recommended from several family members (yes several!) ensured that during every step of the home selling process was stress and headache free. He made the whole thing such a hands-off process for us--literally hands-off since we had recently moved to another city. Making a 3 hour round trip back and forth with a young child and a puppy while juggling renovations in both the new home we just purchased and the home we were putting on the market and having to manage the selling would have been a nightmare without Carlos' help. Being sensitive to our out-of-town situation, Carlos fluidly adapted to our needs and handled 90% of items over Zoom and executed everything without a single hitch.
